With so much happening, a little planning helps you get the most from the conference. Before you arrive, review the speaker profiles and mark the sessions most relevant to your goals. Make a short list of the exhibitors and delegates you want to meet, and book matchmaking meetings early.

Bring plenty of business cards or a digital contact card, and have a clear two-minute summary of your business and what you are looking for. Allow time between sessions to follow up while conversations are fresh. If you are travelling from abroad, arrive at least a day early to rest and settle in.
