Rev. Dennis Dillon is the Publisher/CEO of The New York Christian Times and the Lead Pastor of Rise Church Global. As one of New York’s most effective and passionate communicators who has helped to leverage millions of dollars into the local economy and has pioneered some of the most effective initiatives in the Black community over the past 30 years, he is deliberate about ministry and his desire to help empower the Black world. He has provided leadership in several key corporate community economic benefit negotiations and has worked with many small businesses, community organizations, and major corporations, including Macy’s, McDonald’s, Chase, Citibank, AAA, and The Daily News to bring resources and impact to local communities.
Beyond his accomplishments in the fields of media, corporate leveraging & negotiations, community & business empowerment, and church ministry, Rev. Dillon is one of the nation’s leading advocates for the economic empowerment and spiritual transformation of Blacks in America and in The Motherland. He is also the publisher and lead researcher for the Economic State of the Black World Report. Over the past 2 decades, he has made countless trips preaching and lecturing in different parts of Africa and the Caribbean, and has become a leading voice on Africa’s transformation and the linking of the Africa diaspora.
He serves on the board of directors for many key organizations, including The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, and was co-founder of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce.
